My Journey to Inspiring Others
Every journey has unexpected turns. Mine led from an administrative assistant's desk to executive boardrooms, from corporate training halls to church retreats, all unified by one constant: the joy of watching others discover their potential and step into success.
Building excellence from the ground up
Starting as an administrative assistant at Aetna in 1995, I quickly discovered my passion lay in training and development. Over 29 years, I progressed through every level of leadership, ultimately serving as Executive Director. My proudest achievement? Transforming a struggling instructional design team with low morale into the most unified, productive team in the organization—where turnover became virtually nonexistent and excellence became the standard.
Leading organizational transformation
When CVS Health centralized its learning and development functions, I helped organize the structure and workflows that brought over 900 colleagues together under one department. This experience taught me that sustainable change happens when you combine clear processes with genuine care for people—lessons I now bring to every coaching relationship and organizational consultation.
Moving into my greater calling
After nearly three decades with the same company, an unexpected layoff became an unexpected gift. I realized I could impact more organizations as a consultant than as an employee of just one. Combined with my passion for ministry—leading women's retreats, teaching Bible studies, and developing others in their faith journey—I discovered my true calling: inspiring and equipping success in every area of life.

For over a decade, I've taught adult Bible study classes and led women's ministry initiatives, including designing and facilitating retreats that combine practical life application with spiritual growth.
